I happened to travel to Paducah, Kentucky for the long 4th of July weekend, and stopped in to meet Todd in person and to shoot some photos of their progress and get a lay of the land.
The details of Paducah’s first large-scale craft brewery since Prohibition
- 7 BBL system
- Located downtown in the old Greyhound Bus Terminal at 301 N. 4th Street
- Todd’s been brewing at home for 5 years
- They’ll open with only beer (as a taproom), then hope to open up with pizza/wings/pub food
- There’s a kitchen in the building already, just needs equipment
- They’re hoping to can their beer in the future
- Over 9,000 Sq. Ft. of brewery awesomeness
- Opening in October or November 2014
