Plans for this year’s Tailspin Ale Festival are heating up at Apocalypse Brew Works. Head brewer, Leah Dienes was working with home-brewer, Mark Robinson to bring Mark’s recipe to life last week. A sweet, dark stout with vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate, plus the added warmth of chili peppers is sure to add a little spice to the beers at this year’s event February 20th.
