Bluegrass Brewing Company Brewmaster, Joel Halbleib gives us the story on the recently reformulated BBC Louisville Lager. Now brewed with Kentucky-grown barley, this beer is richer and well balanced. The brewer has harnessed Kentucky barley and the craft malting process to make a good beer much more unique and to my taste, better. For good reason the folks at the Bluegrass Brewing Company are truly Kentucky Proud.
