Nearly 20 brewers from the L.A.G.E.R.S. homebrew club gathered at Apocalypse Brew Works last Sunday to turn grain into beer for the upcoming Yappy Hour September 18 event. In addition to brewing over 100 gallons of beer, the brewers swapped stories, techniques and a few of their latest brews. They can’t wait to share their beers with you. I am not sure if they are grinning more from brewing or testing their product. Either way it was fabulous brew day.
