Lara Augustine recently brewed her award winning Cream Ale at Falls City Brewery in Louisville with brewer, Dylan Greenwood. It was part of her reward for winning the L.A.G.E.R.S. Homebrew Club – Falls City Beer brew-in where members competed to have their beer brewed and served at the 10th Street tasting room. We visited with Lara at a recent L.A.G.E.R.S. meeting to learn a little more about the beer she has named “1919” after prohibition and her grandmother.
