We visited with brewer and co-founder, Chris Bly, from Central State Brewing out of Indianapolis. They were in town last week at Nach Bar and Louisville Beer Store to launch their brews in the state of Kentucky. Dedicated to 100% Brett-brewing, they are producing clean farmhouse style ales. They featured their Central State House (Rustic Blonde Ale), Central State House Party (Blonde Ale dry-hopped with Mosaic), and Central State Pale (Brett American Pale hopped with Warrior, Cascade & Columbus).
